Management Accountant (Part qualified)
Our client is absolutely thriving at the moment and due to increased business they are looking for an Management Accountant (Part qualified) to join their team

The role

  • Support the Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparing Income Statements, Balance Sheet, cashflows and other financial documents for analysis in accordance with FRS10
  • Support the consolidation process
  • Respect all deadline including the month end / year end close deadlines
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing month end journals including:
  • Salaries, depreciation, FX bank revaluations etc
  • Preparing accruals and prepayments.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset registers and updating depreciation file for FA
  • Coordinate and maintain Intercompany cross charges and transactions via a matrix.
  • Support AP and AR teams by:
  • Overseeing the reconciliation of bank and HIF accounts prepared by AR and AP
teams

  • Oversee the reconciliation of the Ledgers.
  • Assist with the management of financial data for multiple entities.
  • Research and report on factors that influence the company's performance

Skills

  • Actively studying for a recognised accounts qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Advance excel knowledge
  • Willingness to advance career to the next level
  • Organised, methodical and analytical
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and a team player
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • SAP Business One experience would be an advantage
