We are Flip Out We are the UK's biggest and best adventure park company We are now recruiting for Court Supervisors to join our team.

Job Purpose


We are looking for a charismatic, engaging, guest focused supervisor to help lead our brand new team to success This is a role like no other, working across all areas of our new adventure park from reception, to arcades, to soft play and much more We are looking for supervisors that are flexible when it comes to shift patterns.

You will be leading our arena team to ensure our guests have the best possible experience Reporting to the duty manager and general management team, you will have a very varied role with us


Typical duties:

  • Ensuring our team members are set up ready for the day
  • Being the contact for team members for escalations
  • Engaging with our guests, creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time.
  • Completing health and safety checklists
  • Communicating with guests across the park
  • Maintaining high levels of FUN for everyone
  • Enforcing rules across the park
  • Dealing with and resolving complaints
  • Working across all areas of the park from our cafe to reception to soft play and even children's parties
  • Upselling various packages and addons to guests
  • Conducting Health & Safety briefings
  • Coordinate clearing areas when sessions expire
  • Completing incident reports
  • Completing opening and closing duties
  • And more

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced active environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous supervisor/team management experience would be a huge plus
  • Available to work full or part time across weekdays and weekends.
Working Conditions

We are looking for part-time and full-time court supervisors to join us on a zero hour contract covering either:1. 4 weekdays between the hours of 9am-9pm (typically 6-8 hour shifts)


  • Saturday & Sundays between the hours of 9am-9pm (typically 6-8 hour shifts) - bonus if you are always available for one weekday.


Our parks are large in scale and as such a degree of fitness is essential as you will work your way around the park dealing with many matters on a day to day basis with the ability to stabilise yourself on our trampolines should you be required to and be required to stand for extended periods of time.

Rates of Pay & Benefits

£10.00 per hour
