The company's flagship service is a web-based platform for financial advisers providing information on hundreds of investment plans per year.

• Run marketing initiatives and design associated content
• Client support for ongoing business activities
• Establish and foster relationships on behalf of the company providing excellent customer service and focusing on generating new business
• Undertake proactive outbound campaigns for new service launches
• Keep abreast of regulation and market trends and identify business development opportunities
• Be part of team to populate our adviser service with product data and analysis using our existing procedures and proprietary systems
• Troubleshooting queries from clients or users

• Motivated positive individual keen to learn, develop and contribute
• Strong administrative skills with ability to independently manage and prioritise workload with flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to research and generate ideas
• Capable of understanding concepts of structured products and the company's internal systems
• Experience of working within a financial adviser/paraplanning/IFA administrator firm an advantage
