About the Role and Person

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent


There is lots happening at Accent at the moment as we seek to support our customers through the current cost of living crisis by delivering high quality homes and services.

This is a newly created role in the business supporting two members of the Executive Leadership Team in the day to day management of their workload but also in their roles as they represent and promote Accent to the wider community.


You will have the opportunity to get involved in a varied workload to include supporting team meetings where strategy is developed, project work, preparation for presentations to third parties and board pack development.

This role will also manage the office coordinator for the North and as such will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and its facilities.

Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:

  • Great organisational skills
  • Personable and approachable with good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Word and Powerpoint
  • A self starter who actively looks for new ways to do things
  • An understanding of regulated environments

Location


We'll provide you with the equipment and software that you'll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

Should you wish to work occasionally from any of our regional offices, you may do so on a hot desk basis which will need to be arranged via our online booking system


Salary


The spot salary for this post is £35,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.

Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
