Description
Our established client is looking to appoint an Administrator to join the business, whose aim is to improve Equality, Diversity & Inclusion within organisations.
As an Administrator, you will be a point of contact for clients and advisors and provide a high-quality service.You will provide accurate and extensive administrative support to the sales team, CEO and wider e-learning function.
This is a fully remote role, however you may be required to attend meetings in Leeds (approx once every month).
Induction and initial training will be office-based in Leeds.
Main Duties
-
Administration Support _
- To be a point of contact with our clients and advisors.
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
- To book meetings for clients.
- To service and minute meetings as required.
- To take lead responsibility to ensure administrative practices are of a high quality.
- To provide high quality service provision to NCFD clients and advisors.
- To be responsible for keeping records and electronic filing up to date.
- To proofread, edit and update documents as required.
- To set up meetings for the CEO, help coordinate events and assist with administration.
- Supporting the team with other functions of the business.
- Any other ad hoc duties as they arise.
Sales Support _
- Salesforce administration.
- Responding to admin enquiries.
- Creating sales proposals and presentations.
- Following up sales leads.
E-learning Support _
- Setting up SCORM realms, uploading courses and sending links to new clients.
- Creating learner progress reports for clients.
- Resolving course issues for clients and acting as the point of contact for Elearning clients.
- Analysing course feedback and feeding back to the management team.
- Selecting course feedback to be used for promotional purposes.
- Supporting the CEO in creating or amending Elearning courses when necessary.
- Supporting the sales team with Elearning enquiries.

- Previous sales administration experience is essential
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to build a rapport easily, with many different types of people
