This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims handler looking for their next step.

You will come from an insurance claims background, ideally motor claims but not essential and have a good knowledge of MOJ portal.

Working closely with the claims team, legal team and compliance you will work to randomly select insurance claims and audit.

You will investigate any discrepancies/issues and report back to the team.
You will also work with the training and development team to ensure any problems identified are not repeated.

What is required:

  • Experience of the end to end claims handling process
  • MOJ portal knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of policy structures, limits and excesses
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Management experience an advantage
Initially, for training, the role will be office based but will offer a hybrid opportunity following a probationary period.
