Description

We are about to embark on a new exciting venture where we will take both 100% consumer and post industrial polyester through a heated extrusion process, turning the polyester into pellets which will then be used to make yarn.

We are looking to build a workforce who are as committed to improving our environment as we are - by operating our new equipment, using your manufacturing expertise and operational savvy to make this new venture a success.

Ultimately we will be looking to operate 24 hours a day / six days a week and its your chance to be in on the ground and influencing how we achieve this.

Initially, while we start up the operation, hours may vary with a permanant shift agreed at a later date.

You will be required to lead a team of people, operating to the highest standards, gradually improving efficiencies and introducing working practices.

Its an exciting time for us and an opportunity to make your mark on this new venture.

You will need to be a passport holder and be able to go abroad for two weeks to train. You will be one of our trailblazers
