Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Tax Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm.

Our client offers a wide range of Investment and Wealth Planning, working with individuals and businesses across the UK. They are now looking to expand their Tax Planning team and bring on a Tax Administrator.

The role involves controlling and mitigating operational risk to ensure the firm are compliant in all aspect of regulatory tax reporting.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide information to other areas in respect of FATCA, QI and CRS regimes
  • 1042 and 1099 US Tax reporting
  • Validation of US tax forms and assist with queries
  • Excess reportable income and consolidated tax reporting
  • Withholding tax reclaims across European market
  • Corresponding with HMRC and IRS
  • Maintaining regulatory tax obligations of reporting and returns in a timely manner
  • Completing tax classifications
  • Plan for and manage all external compliance reviews with auditors

Skills and experience required:


  • Exposure to FATCA, CRS and QI reporting and 1042/1099 & UK tax reporting
  • Experience with ISA and ISA regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in Excess Reportable income and Consolidated Tax Reporting
  • Experience of withholding tax reclaims across European market
