Training Manager // Insurance // Second Language required // German // French // £600 p/day INSIDE IR35

LONDON / CONTRACT / REMOTE

The Role

  • Maintain and adapt training material based on regional requirements
  • Work with the central delivery team to update and create new regional training materials as new features are developed
  • Work with regional stakeholders to identify the appropriate training approach
  • Manage the training communications and scheduling for end users
  • Work with business training resources on planning and delivery of training
  • Deliver training to end users in a variety of delivery formats
  • Manage training evaluations, track, and report training progress back into the central delivery team.
  • Use adoption statistics and gather feedback to identify areas of challenge, additional training requirements, or platform improvements.
  • Ensure learnings and best practices for program are communicated / understood and taken up by the project team for continuous improvement with operational rollout

The Requirements:


  • Content Creation: Experience with creating high quality training material in different formats
  • Training Delivery: Proficient in delivering IT system and process training, both in a physical classroom and virtual environment (preferably with experience delivering interactively via Microsoft Teams)
  • Stakeholder management: You will be working with analysts, developers, and core delivery team in addition to local stakeholders and deployment team.
  • Time management: You will be responsible for managing the training schedule and delivering training to end users. You'll need to be able to manage these tasks concurrently.
  • Articulate: You'll need to be able to tailor both written and verbal communication and material to best deliver the training
  • Selfmotivated: We'll be looking to you to manage the training delivery for your region and keep abreast of any platform changes.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
  • Very well organised with attention to detail
