Clinical Lead on behalf of a prestigious national health care provider.

This
straight to permanent position is based within a nursing home setting, close to the Tipton area.

Be a qualified nurse
(RGN/RMN) essential
Be registered with the NMC
Have previous experience managing a team
Possess knowledge and experience of CQC compliance
Have excellent clinical skills
Be professional and compassionate

Main Duties:

Ensuring the wellbeing of residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
Essential nursing tasks and duties including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterization and management of chronic medical conditions
Promoting service users independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and strive for continuous improvement
Communicating and liaising with other professionals involved in the wellbeing and care of residents

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£21.00-£23.00 per hour
