SEN school in Horncastle, West Ashby is looking for an experienced
Behaviour Support Worker/ Teaching Assistant to become a part of passionate, cohesive team dedicated to supporting pupils with
SEMH Needs and Learning Difficulties. The pupils within the school range
between 13 and 16 years old.

Experienced with SEN Children:


  • Able to handle challenging behaviours confidently
  • Comfortable supporting pupils on a
    1:1 basis:
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet specific unique needs of SEN learners
  • Creative and organised in your approach to aid learning
  • Passionate about helping SEN learner/s achieve their personal and academic goals
