Customer service administrator - (Up to £26,000)


Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a full-time opportunity to join a leading company as a planner scheduler on a permanent basis.

This will be ideal if you are either, someone who has previous customer service experience or someone who has experience working within the office environment.

Our client offers excellent progression opportunities for those who really put in 110%.


Duties Include:

  • First point of contact for customers and clients who have insurance related repairs.
  • Contacting customers once weekly to discuss ongoing works.
  • Planning/ scheduling works, booking appointments, raising jobs and allocating works to operatives.
  • Advising customers if engineers are running late, ensuring all jobs are complete or rescheduled.
  • Managing operatives' diaries, ensuring all operatives have a full day's work.

You will possess the following attributes:

  • Confident using Microsoft excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Confident telephone manner, good customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn how to use new systems quickly.
  • Planning/ scheduling experience would be a bonus but not essential.
