What does this opportunity involve?
We are currently seeking a
Part Time Credit Control Assistant to join our growing team.

If you're successful, we'll be looking for you to bring energy and positivity to our team, along with a passion for facilitating customer satisfaction and experience.


Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Post Cash In
  • Post Cardnet and PayPal Payments
  • Post Cardnet & Payment surcharges to NL
  • Manage Sales Ledger inbox
  • Aged debtor chasing
  • Track Aged Debtors Amounts / Aged % Daily
  • Payment Allocations & Sales Ledger History Report's
  • Manage Sales Ledger Credit Limits
  • Liaise with and report any issues with credit insurers.
  • Keep up to date Credit Reports on file.
  • Prepare Cheque Banking when appropriate.
  • Track Cash In Target daily
  • Attend Weekly Debtors Review
  • Send End of Month (7 Day) Payment Reminders
  • Create Aged Debtor Management Action Items for Aged Debtor Chasing
  • Run Debtor Management Meeting
  • Update credit control details in Sales Ledger on OGL

Job Details

  • Monday-Friday no weekends

hours per week (negotiable)

  • 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pro Rata

Salary
£17, £24,150.00 hours dependant.
