Job Description:

Frasers Group has to adapt and change with the trends to make sure we survive in tough retailing conditions. Our Physical retail stores are our window to the world's consumers.

This role will directly support the Category VM Manager, building strong relationships with 3rd party brands to drive change in our Bricks and Mortar locations.

From overall store design to customer experiences, it is a role that supports across all facets of the business:
culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group.

Visual Merchandising and Commercial Projects covering:

  • Coordinate flagship merchandising opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Physical site VM support in key business locations to test, develop and train on new ways of working and best practice to drive our commercial VM model.
  • Co-Ordinating Projects with the External Branded VM teams and our existing Merchandising department.
Physical Store Projects support (New Store & Refits) including:

  • Scoping and Progress site visits, reporting back into the projects workstream on potential issues and solutions/changes.
  • Graphics packs and Elevation analysis and approvals.
  • Post opening site visits on all projects.
You will provide day to day project administration and communication deliverables, covering:

  • Overall project administration.
  • Supporting Category VM manager on brand and store communications and presentations.
  • Internal project communications.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with 3rd party brand leads
