Description

We have an opportunity for a Support Assistant to join us to provide first line support to intermediary partners ensuring all enquires and requests are dealt with in a professional, timely and accurate manner.


In addition, you will provide general support to the Head of Intermediary Sales for all matters relating to the effective running of intermediary distribution for example but not limited to production of MI, administration tasks and pro-active engagement with intermediaries.

With experience in a similar role, you will have an awareness and understanding of industry trends and developments.

You will have strong communication skills and appreciate the impact of your individual actions and collective behaviours in relation to the effect upon the customer of the process, service or product provided.

An excellent team player, you will contribute readily to ensure the success of the whole team and be motivated to achieve objectives and targets with a continuous focus on doing the right things in the right way to ensure sustainability.
