Office and Billings Administrator
22 days hols + bank hols £20-25K**Lloyd Recruitment Services are urgently seeking an
Office and Billings Administrator to join an expanding onboarding team, within a leading telecoms company.
You'll need to be:
- A multitasker able to meet deadlines for connectivity
- First class communicator able to liaise with individuals at all levels within the business, as well as corporate and private clients / representatives
- Accurate worker able to remain accurate, even when deadlines are changing with increased demands upon your time and abilities
- Comfortable working with figures able to see anomalies and raise queries accordingly, raise invoices (single and multiple account linked)
- Data and numerical entry skilled confident in recording information accurately and first time maintaining minimum error ratios
- Record keeping ability to follow up on any outstanding details with customers, to ensure that any delays are met as quickly as possible.
- Problem solver natural ability to work through a problem, find alternatives and resolve any issues or complaints that could arise
- Responsive to training up to 6 different systems can be used for some onboarding activities, so experience in using multiple databases/systems would be very advantageous
Please note,
this IS NOT an accounts role, you will need to be comfortable working in a figures and technology environment, but in an administrative role.
