IT Technical & Helpdesk Support, you will provide exemplary customer service and support to customers, confidently assisting and resolving their technical queries.

The day to day

Taking incoming calls from B2B and B2C customers/clients.
Resolving Broadband faults, hardware issues and any other issues that arise.
Configuring phones, routers and other hardware.
Setting up PBX Configuration and IP Addressing.
Handling a range of queries, from individual domestic customers to large scale organisations.
Providing the utmost in customer service, maintaining a positive and accommodating approach.

You will have/be

Previous experience within a similar IT support role (_desirable but not essential_).
A confident communicator with the ability to provide exemplary customer service.

- patient and persistent, with the ability to pacify a situation and find the most relevant resolution.
