Cheval Collection are recruiting Restaurant Team Members at their contemporary bar and lounge, The Register Club.

This impressive venue, situated on the fourth floor of The Cheval Edinburgh Grand, offers breakfast, cocktails and afternoon tea with separate event spaces that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests for dinner or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.

As a Restaurant Team Member you will be greeting our guests, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment, offering table service, ensuring that you deliver food and beverages orders in a timely professional manner and that payment for the orders is collected.

Situated on St Andrew Square in the city's New Town area, the Residence pays homage to its former life as an historic banking landmark, The National Bank of Scotland.

The well-known building has been beautifully renovated to house 50 fully equipped serviced apartments, with options to accommodate from one to six guests.

Each apartment seamlessly incorporates the building's historic roots with slick contemporary design, and the interior décor has been intricately chosen to enhance authentic features including original dark wood panelling, fireplaces, brass door handles and decorative cornicing.
