Description
My client is seeking an experienced
IT Technical service engineer to join a fast-paced team.

This role is more of a senior position working more between 2nd/3rd line and getting involved with 1st line where necessary.

There is a high emphasisbased on experience with
SharePoint, if you have relevant experience it is highly desirable.
Day Rate: 145 p/d
(negotiable DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and problem solving, with the technical capability to range from prem and cloud based IT systems, so as to be able to provide technical assistance on system integration.
  • As required, maintain department documentation
  • In order to align with the operational structures and processes, ability to manage content structures within the internal web platforms (such as SharePoint)
  • Setting up and/or taking down equipment for events where necessary
  • Prioritise support activities according to importance, urgency, and workload so as to maximise the benefits.
