£ £12.00 per hour, double time for bank holidays & Holiday pay

Welcome BONUS of £300 in completion of 100 working hours

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shifts:

Mon, Wed and Fri - 08:00-14:00;
Tues,
Thurs, Sat and Sun - 08:00-18:00**
Monday-Sunday Nights

This role involves delivering clinical complex care, where full training will be provided by our Clinical Nurse Specialist.

City & County Healthcare Group's Complex Care division provides highly trained care teams for individuals who live within their own homes. We specialise in nurse-led care for adults and children with a range of disabilities such as spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy. What we are looking for from our Care Assistants:

Experience in caring for individuals who have complex care needs (although not essential
training will be given)
Be friendly, kind and approachable.
Be able to fit into a family setting.
A cando attitude, resilient and reliable nature.
A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Passion to really make a different to someone life.

Experience is not essential as we provide full nurse led training.
We provide comprehensive training throughout the year with mandatory courses offered and supplementary courses available upon request.

Our induction programme includes enrolment on to the Care Certificate designed to equip health and social care workers with the skills they need to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
