Description

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business formed in 1947; a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service.

Who currently employ over 1200 staff and have a turnover in excess of £165m. My client is looking for an experienced Handyman to work around sites in Birmingham.

Responsibility's

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing and carpentry work.
Conduct inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
Respond promptly to repair requests and efficiently address issues reported by residents or staff. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment. you will need
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication.
