Location -Chesterfield

Job Type:
Permanent Full Time


Working Hours - 35 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary - Up to £35,000 (Depending on experience level)

The Company
My client are a long-established Wealth Management Firm, based in Chesterfield.

They are looking for a full time Team Leader to join their back-office administration team to support their financial advisers.


This role is to supervise a team of administrators towards providing efficient administrative support to our Financial Advisers, whose clients include a number of HNW corporate & private clients.

They have a strong team ethic which offers ongoing supportand encouragement.


The Role


The company are looking for a person to oversee our team of administrators and be able to offer them assistance and guidance.

Ideally you will have a good knowledge of financial services and be proficient in using Intelligent Office

Financial Planning experience is NOT an essential requirement for the role. A strong team leader, supervisory or management background will be the key requirement.


The Role:
-


  • Maintenance of administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance to key processes of admin team
  • Ensure efficient administrative support for our advisers
  • Production of Key Management Information reports
  • Obtaining policy information and preparation of data for client meetings
  • Prepare review letters and reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and prepare associated accompanying documentation as required.
  • Deal with client queries

The Required Skills

  • We are looking for a team player with a cando attitude towards the daily challenges of a busy Practice
  • Ability to manage own workload & meet specific deadlines
  • Good levels of both written and verbal communication
  • A good attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy
  • You must have good levels of IT skills and knowledge and experience of the MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel is desired
  • Previous experience of Intelligent Office would be an advantage
