We're partnering with a leading medical research charity to find a dynamic and ambitious Finance Business Partner to join the high-performing team on a permanent basis.

The charity, whose purpose is to bridge the gap between bright ideas to life-saving treatments have grown significantly in recent years enabled by the development of hugely successful and life-changing drugs.

As a result the FP&A team are expanding, and are seeking a Finance Business Partner to:

Provide analysis and interpretation of project and cost centre spend and forecasts, to scientists, researchers and project managers
Business partner with project leaders by enabling them to understand and own their project finances
Support the budgeting, reforecasting, monthend and yearend processes
Develop and maintain the financial planning systems, ensuring data is high quality
Maintain and develop the reporting environment through system and process development
Ensure finance, project and forecasting systems are aligned and reconciled
Be a finalist or fully qualified CCAB accountant
Will have strong communication, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of nonfinancial stakeholders
Have a desire to drive continuous improvement
Have an interest or passionate for life sciences
