Accounts Payable Clerk - Thame - Hybrid Working - 12 Month Contract - Up to £28,000
FryerMiles are delighted to be supporting this fast paced, industry leading business which has recently completed a number of finance transformation projects.
Due to continued growth, FryerMiles are on the search for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerkto join the business on a 12 month contract, which has a good chance of going permanent.
The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk role include:- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
- Bank reconciliation postings
- Preparing and performing payment runs
- Posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconciling Accounts Payable transactions
- Maintenance of the Accounts Payable inbox
- Preparing analysis of accounts
- Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and queries
- Maintaining supplier data
- Producing monthly Accounts Payable reports
- Month end accruals
- Assisting with month end closing
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will:
- Have at least 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Have experience of double entry bookkeeping
