We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered clinician to join the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire digital team as a Clinical Safety Officer (CSO).

As a CSO you will have a vital role in ensuring digital transformation is undertaken as safely and effectively as possible.

To succeed in this role you will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, in order to promote the role of clinical safety across cross-functional teams.

You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary digital clinical team and be supported by the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) for UHNNHS.

The post holder is required to be a suitably qualified and experienced healthcare professional who holds and maintains current registration with an appropriate professional body relevant to their training and experience.

Experience of working within a clinical safety role in an acute healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare information technology systems is essential.

Travel between hospital sites will be required.
