Jenson Fisher is pleased to announce we are working with a long-established client to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, fulltime basis to form a key part of their Fife team.


In this role you will work within the Accounts Department and will play a key role in ensuring that financial deadlines are achieved, with your responsibilities ranging from from Sales Ledger and transactional processing including VAT returns and Credit Control alongside foreign currency payments and calculating accruals and prepayments.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and preparing debtor's receipts
  • Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
  • Sales ledger reconciliations
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset register.
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Reconciling the debtors and creditors.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
