We are looking for a talented, personable and reliable IT Recruitment Consultant to work in our centralised IT recruitment function in Chester.

We have a number of clients who require support on technical roles so you'll have variety from both a clientand vacancy perspective.

This is a hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office - 3 days per week.

The IT Recruitment Consultant will manage a range of vacancies across a multi-client platform, ranging from Helpdesk to CTO and supporting roles such as Programme Managers and Business Analysts.

They'll manage the process from start to finish, briefing whilstproviding key market intel to influence client decisions. There is No Business Development required in this position.

In return, the IT Recruitment Consultant will receive a salary between £35,000 - £40,000, uncapped and very lucrative commission structure, company pension scheme, 22 days paid annual leave, local discounts and tons of progression opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Own the endtoend process across all live vacancies that come into the IT team
  • Manage the relationship with the client's hiring teams or management
  • Conduct market analysis and use to influence key hiring decisions
  • Work towards targets
  • Other ad hoc duties relative to your role

The IT Recruitment Consultant must have:

  • Experience in an IT Recruitment function, as either a 360, internal or MSP capacity
  • Tons of resilience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can do attitude
