THE ROLE:


The leading regional law firm in Cambridge is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside the residential development lawyers on a variety of matters.

You will be joining a Legal 500 rated practice who have fully embracedan agile and flexible approach.

The appointed Lawyer will be covering all types of commercial property development matters including residential development sites, landlord and tenant matters, investment portfolio management, freehold and leasehold premises.


THE CANDIDATE:


Are you looking for supportive and encouraging practice where you can see your career flourish? Ideal Solicitors or Legal Executives will have at least 3 years
PQE in handling their own caseload of real estate matters (commercial property) and a genuine desireto specialise in residential development matters.
