Are you a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for temporary work in the Bristol area?

We are currently seeking Band 5 RMNs to join our team at North Bristol NHS Trust on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading healthcare environment while enjoying the flexibility of temporary work.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

This will include assessing their needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

In this temporary role, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, providing you with the flexibility to fit work around your personal commitments.

The shifts for this particular role will run from 07:00 to 19:30, offering a competitive payment rate of £425 per shift.

Key responsibilities:

Assessing and monitoring patients' mental health needs
Developing and implementing care plans
Administering medication and treatments
Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team
Providing emotional support to patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid NMC registration as an RMN
Previous experience working in a mental health setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well under pressure
A compassionate and patientcentred approach to care
