Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join a worldwide renowned manufacturer based in Cramlington.
This role is based on site, hybrid working is not available.


The opportunity:


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels and who can be persuasive and diplomatic but firm.

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is required along withadvanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly word and excel.


You will:


  • Maintain accurate HR administration within all aspects of the employee life cycle, from new starters to o leavers including promotions, salary changes, shift changes, holiday records. T&A records, pensions, private medical insurance, and retirement information.
  • Ensure HR remains legally compliant with UK GDPR
  • Liaising with Finance to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time, especially with regards to the Company Sick Scheme.
  • Fleet management including company car vehicles and the employee cash allowance scheme.
  • Absence management, including helping to control sickness/absence levels through the maintenance and reporting from records, liaising with manager (particularly in Production), providing them with statistics which may highlight problem areas and recommendingcorrective actions.
  • Project work, including wellbeing campaigns
