The Opportunity;

We are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Teesside area in their search for an experienced HR professional to join their organisation as HR Business Partner.

Key elements of the role include;

  • Handling complex ER cases, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance
  • Coaching and developing managers to upskill their people management capabilities
  • Partnering with key stakeholders, providing an effective HR service to the business
  • Working closely with another HR Business Partner to ensure consistency and best practice across the UK
  • Continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • UK travel twice per month (expensed)

What we are looking for;

  • Significant complex employee relations case management experience
  • Solid business partnering experience
  • Resilient and adaptable
  • Adept at working in fastpaced environments
  • Comfortable with UK travel twice per month (expensed)
