Description

An opportunity has arisen for some enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the Single Point of Access Service. The service is expanding to provider administrative support 24 hours, including weekends.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to work within our fast-paced service, the role will be on a shift pattern to cover over night from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am including weekends.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player with the ability to prioritise their own workload, and work well under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the role requiring high levels of face-to-face and telephone communication. Good IT skills are essential with outlook, word and excel

The successful applicant must be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to embrace change as and when required. The ability to use initiative when dealing with unexpected situations is also an advantage

The post holder will provide a comprehensive support service carrying out general administration and clerical duties including data inputting to ensure the smooth running of service delivery
