CLA Fabrications Sales Administration Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and experienced Sales Administrator to join our rapidly growing team.
You will be responsible for communicating internally with colleagues to determine their requirements, creating proactive solutions and plans.
To ensure success, you be should be an expert in problem solving with a strong understanding of a CRM/MRP system.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations including
ISO:
900- Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality
- Continue the migration of data from legacy systems to a new MRP/ERP solution
- Resolve problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
- Communicate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for the business
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
- Imputing new sales orders and building BOM routers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Professional experience analysing for weaknesses, errors and overseeing plans to improve them
- Experience overseeing customised development of processes for multiple projects simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skill are essential
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
