Web Marketing / E-Commerce Manager (12-Month FTC)

Hybrid work structure: 3 days office-based, 2 days WFH

Salary:

A rare and exciting opportunity to join a luxury brand who are a multiple award-winning business within their field as a Web Marketing / E-Commerce Manager on a 12-month FTC.

Daily duties include:

  • Your role will be to devise and implement a strategy aiming at increasing our database via internal and external initiatives, and substantially driving conversion to our ecommerce and visits to our website.
  • Alongside the ecommerce manager, you will be driving the development and implementation of the SEO strategy, including.
  • Budget Management: management of annual budget and targets.
  • Manage and Implement design, functionality, and content updates to ensure constant improvements. This includes briefing internal team as well as external website development agency.
  • Take part to the replatforming project in close collaboration with the Head of digital and Head of Brand.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Excellent awareness and understanding of current developments in digital communications.
  • Excellent dataanalytical skills with understanding of how best to implement web analytical skills to inform ongoing improvement to digital content, platforms, and channels.
  • Exceptional and proven writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with website development and website development agencies preferred but not essential (training available).
