CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION EXECUTIVE
HEREFORDSHIRE/WORCESTERSHIRE (HYBRID)

Up to £33,000


This role is an exciting opportunity for a segmentation specialist to make their next step up in the world of CRM.


THE COMPANY

They pride themselves on their investment and interest in the marketing and CRMspace


THE ROLE

The day to day will typically involve:

  • Using their tools to create customer segmentations using data on their system
  • Working alongside other CRM subteams
  • Identifying and addressing customer trends
  • Help deliver roadmaps within the CRM team
  • Help improve campaign efficiency

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need:

  • A years' experience in ideally a CRM role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders
