Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Cyber Security team in a pivotal role within Security Operations. This individual would be mentoring the junior security analysts and helping support growth within the security team.

Main responsibilities:

Liaising with the operational IT teams on incident response and improvements
Ensure operational processes are documented and kept up to date using feedback from incident lessons learned
Ensure response capabilities are mature and tested on a regular basis
Educating and assisting in the development of Security Analysts
Acting as a standin for the Security Operations Manager as needed

Skills required:

Experience of wider operational security in international organisations
Demonstrable understanding of information security controls and technology
Team leadership/management
Knowledge of Cloud Security Services such as M365 and Cloud App Security

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and GIAC are advantageous.

There is also on-call available to this individual once a week which provides an increase in salary.
