Description

Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Birmingham in their search for multiple Catering Assistants on a permanent basis, offering a range of variable/flexible hours.

This role offers £19,081 per annum.

The role:

You will cover general catering duties providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to the students and staff of the college.

Key responsibilities:

To prepare food for sale at the location they are based.
To ensure a safe and proficient method of work.
To monitor and report all shortages in stock levels set out in the divisions procedures
To maintain the hygiene, cleanliness and safety of all the catering areas including: kitchens, food stores, refrigerators, freezers, washing up areas and cleaning store.

The person:

Previous or relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
