Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Coordinator to join a leading IT services provider in their North Somerset office.
A role with plenty of potential to develop, this will suit someone who loves being in a busy and varied role and is able to work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and projects team including reporting
- Answer inbound calls from clients regarding delivery and billing
- Deal with basic queries from clients and escalate more complicated queries to the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Ordering supplies and coordinating delivery of parts and labour for smaller projects
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office based, administrative role
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work to multiple tight deadlines
This is a full time temporary role, for a minimum of two months, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Salary:
£10.72-£12.01 per hour
