Your responsibilities will be:


  • Perform resets and troubleshooting of equipment including repair, cleaning, maintenance and replacement of equipment for our team.
  • Handle equipment procurement including PC, laptops, monitors and accessories.
  • Keep an inventory of equipment.
  • Working with employee's requests in the ticketing system.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of
    computer equipment:
  • Ability to replace components/repair
  • Experience with MacOS, Windows (confident skills of
    administration MacOS, Windows, Azure AD and Google Workspace).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within the schedule.
  • Flexibility and fast learning.
