Strong basic salary (negotiable), with High OTE & Car/Allowance
SCC is Europe's largest privately-owned IT business, based out of the new £7m HQ office in Birmingham and we help clients succeed through IT transformation and exceptional customer experiences.
We have been in the business of recycling Information Technology equipment for 12+ years and we are further investing in this part of our business, with the opening a dedicated new fully refurbished 60,000 sq ft industrial premise in Birmingham.
We are therefore now looking for a proven sales professional, who can undertake both new business and develop existing SCC accounts, to be responsible for growing and developing the already substantial recycling / IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) business, undera separate identity, aligned to our French recycling operation (Recyclea).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structured customer profiling and build a plan to methodically reach out to key prospects containing multiple engagement strategies and have a timeline for execution
- Form partnerships with peers in other areas of the business to create joint sales messaging
- Develop valuebased relationships with senior stakeholders within key customer targets
- Provide commercial ownership across all stages of opportunities
- Provide leadership of virtual teams engaged on opportunities
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Achieve and exceed your annual margin target
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience and success of working within the IT Recycling / ITAD business development arena
- Demonstrable background in both new business and account management
- Driven and motivated with the ability to selfmanage
- Capable of liaising at Csuite
