Workchain are looking to recruit various Multi-skilled Production Operatives for a position with our client in Bourne.


Our client is an extremely established business whom pride themselves on being the largest provider of hotel laundry and linen across the UK.

They specialise in the collection, cleaning and delivery of millions on linen items every week.

Having heavily investedin their state of the art laundry equipment, they are keen to provide a top quality service to all customers.

They have a trusted client base within the hotel, gym and leisure industries.

With their on-going growth, they are keen to add a production operativewho can become a valued member of the team on a temporary to permanent basis.


Hours:

Full Time Hours - Different Shift Pattern rotating weekly (you must be flexible and able to work all below shifts)

  • 06.00am pm
  • 14.00pm pm
  • 22.00pm am

The Multi-skilled Production Operative - The Role:

  • To run new state of the art linen machines
  • Quality Control Checks
  • To prepare, process, finish, repair or despatch Linen items
  • Press linen ready for delivery
  • To report potential quality issues to supervisor
  • Continual learning of production processes
  • Be aware of scheduling requirements and work to meet targets
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping
  • To adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
  • To report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents

The Multi-skilled Production Operative - The Person:
