Are you passionate about the intersection of architecture and business development? Do you thrive in a dynamic and creative environment? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and organised individual to join as a New Business/Bid Coordinator.


This role will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of the business through effective coordination of business development initiatives and bids.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
  • Work closely with project teams to gather necessary information for bid responses.
  • Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage bid documentation and maintain an organised database of bid materials.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Identify and attend relevant business development meetings and forums.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the firm's online and offline presence.
  • Support the development and maintenance of positive client relationships.
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing reports on client satisfaction and project performance.

Essential skills for the role:

  • Proven experience in business development and bid coordination within the architectural or construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
