Redwings Lodge Limited is a small group of 7 hotels located in the Home Counties and Midlands.

We have an exciting opportunity for a
Handy Man / Woman
/ Gardener predominantly for our 31 bedroom hotel Redwings Sawtry, Occasional visits to other hotels may be necessary.

The role is to ensure the general maintenance of the hotel and grounds is kept on top off working closely with the Area Maintenance Team Member.

The successful applicant will have a working knowledge but not limited to:

General maintenance including resealing bathrooms, changing door locks and any general day to day repair.

Simple
Electrical repairs, including changing bulbs, TVs, lamps and heaters, as well as cabling for computers and TVs, although a sound electrical background would be an advantage.

Painting and Decorating rooms, common areas and outside.

Health & Safety assessments up to date and adhered to at all times.

Gardening ensuring all the outside areas a free from weeds, grass cutting, general tidying and first appearance on the eye is pleasing.

In return, the successful applicant will be a valued member of our small team.

This is a part time role for 16-24hrs per week although flexibility is key.
