My client is a large, reputable organisation with a new branch in the Harlow area.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To manage the Carers and office staff
  • To focus on growing in the private sector
  • To also work closely with local authorities and CCGs
  • Remaining focused on quality and compliance to strive for "Outstanding" with CQC

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:


  • A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level
  • Previous experience as a Registered Branch Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Longevity in each role
  • Proactive and a selfstarter
