My client is a large, reputable organisation with a new branch in the Harlow area.Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage the Carers and office staff
- To focus on growing in the private sector
- To also work closely with local authorities and CCGs
- Remaining focused on quality and compliance to strive for "Outstanding" with CQC
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level
- Previous experience as a Registered Branch Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Longevity in each role
- Proactive and a selfstarter
