£25,500 to £27,000 per annum, 40 hours per week Mon - Fri, Permanent, BS32 Bradley Stoke, Bristol, 10% bonus, 6% pension, 33 days holiday, parking, health care cover plus more

A multi award winning global defence organisation are recruiting for a contracts coodinator to join their ever expanding team and business.

Forward thinking innovative and team spirited, this highly reputable business hold major defence contracts which will bring challenges and responsibility your way.

Working within a team of 4 reporting directing to a spares account manager and additional receiving support from a team leader, this will see you carry out duties such as:
Working as a main point of contact within their spares department responding timely to queries
Maintaining relationships with clients enhancing business relationships through customer service
Processing orders via SAP
Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely in line with client needs
Supplier correspondence in ordering parts
Escalating supply chain issues to line manager if they arise to resolve
Closing orders and communicating with finance team to process invoice
General department administration including maintaining records and Excel spreadsheets
