Based at Head Office in Cheadle

Permanent and full-time (40 hours per week 9.00 am pm)
Your Chapter provides specialist care and education for children and young people with a range or complex and high acuity needs.
with over 20 care homes across Wales, Shropshire, and the Northwest of England, we are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to support the organisation's ambitious growth plans and be an integral part of the HR team.
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, energetic, and resilient Human Resources Director to lead a small, friendly, and dedicated team.
As a successful applicant you will have:
- Must be comfortable in a role that is 80% operational and 20% strategic.
- Experience of managing and coaching a small team.
- Experience of dealing with several ER cases simultaneously.
- Strong resilience and working successfully as a team.
- Minimum Level 5 in Human Resource Management
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
- Experience of working within a social care or health organisation is desirable.
