PepsiCo are looking for a fantastic individual to join the team and build on our digital business presence.

You'll own the creation of product content and manage distribution to online customers.

You will work closely with the wider UK eCommerce & marketing teams to enhance existing digital content and define new content needs.

Additionally you will work closely with Sector and Global teams to maintain the PIM system and collaborate on improving capabilities and efficiencies.


This is a great opportunity if you have a passion for a digital agenda - You will work to step change existing activity, utilising a variety of tools to optimise, enhance, deliver & measure content performance across online customers.


Responsibilities:


What you'll get up to

  • Own eCommerce content delivery and execution to all UK eCommerce customers for PepsiCo products
  • Manage PepsiCo's content standards framework (Perfect Page) for product content and deploy across customer sites in order to deliver outstanding shopper experience (working with global & sector CoE teams)
  • Own the process for creating product content & imagery with design agencies through internal PIM systems to production & delivery via Brandbank and customer portals
  • Lead the offshore team responsible for maintaining the product information management (PIM) system and product data
  • Manage a L02 employee (student), assisting TA team with student recruitment and selection process and training new team members
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, digital marketing and performance marketing teams to identify and develop appropriate eCommerce content for PepsiCo brands to be deployed across all online customers and ensure best practise for digital content
  • Improve efficiencies in processes, systems and ways of working across the business
  • Measure performance & compliance of our content across customers
  • Work closely with the UX team to implement test & learning across a series of activities & customers focused on enhancing shopper experience & eCommerce revenue
  • Upskill and share best practise for online product content across the business
  • Collaborate with Sector and Global IT to feed and drive the continuous improvement plan for our content products
  • Work with vendors such as Brand Bank, Erudus, Salsify etc

Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating & managing digital image & content across multiple channels (online retail, social, video etc.)
  • Experienced in creating content for human user & machine (algorithms)
  • Experience managing PIM systems
  • Strong analytical skills able to establish relevant KPIs & commercial goals
  • Excellent collaboration skills this is a cross functional role within the eCommerce team and the wider sales & marketing organisations
  • Solid project management skills ability to coordinate several diverse stakeholders / and to manage performance of external suppliers.
  • Aptitude to learn fast, to absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies into normal operating process
  • Effective communication skills accurately identifies the role of different stakeholders & tailors communication messages & style accordingly.
  • Strong presentation skills comfortable presenting internally / externally to all levels
  • Tenacious and innovative problem solver
  • Flexible and responsive approach, prepared to discover new solutions to new challenges as they arise and remain tenacious in achieving the required result
