Job Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth to support the Performance & Quality Team with administration duties.
Main Responsibility:
You will be covering the front desk, greeting visitors and advising them of safety rules, whilst producing and sending letters to residents for work in their roads i.e.
You will be responsible for recording all Health and Safety statistics on a daily basis as well as recording all Waste Transfer notes in Smartwaste.
You will be assisting with updating Property Management records and logging all Customer Compliments and Customer Satisfactions Survey Results.
We are looking for a confident Administrator who has strong customer service skills, great communication skills and a good understanding of IT systems.
You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook, a professional Telephone manner and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
