This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established Family Office as an Office Assistant and be instrumental in the development of the business and by implementing new systems and procedures.
As the role and business establishes itself you will be able to add more layers and texture to your role, and may even have the opportunity to niche into an area such as, HR, Comms, Finance etc.
Working with an entrepreneurial and dynamic small team, you will work closely together and establishing what's right for the business and be a key player from the get go.
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising taxis, restaurants and other off site and on site arrangements
- Overseeing IT
- Receiving and looking after guests
- Answering calls
- Invoicing and expenses administration
- HR On boarding
- Diary management
- Typing and document creation
- Idea contributions
- Generally overseeing and looking after the office and employees and visitors in it.
This would suit a newly qualified graduate that has a willing and can do, roll sleeves up and get stuck in attitude.
