If so, then why not join us as a Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant, helping us deliver outstanding patient care in the Leeds community? In this role you will work in one of our 13 Neighbourhood Teams who operate from 07:00am - 22:00pm providing care for patients requiring intervention in their own homes.

The Neighbourhood Teams are part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver 24/7 nursing care for patients in the community.

This is an exciting role that incorporates many different aspects of patient care delivered to a wide range of patients.

We will also support you with a full tailored induction programme and will encourage and facilitate on-going development including the opportunity to develop and learn skills from team members from a variety of professions.
